New Lvl 50 Unspoiled Tree

South of Buscarrons South Shroud not too far Lvl 50 unspoiled tree spawned. Guessing you better have melded gear for it.

Found an unspoiled mining node at 6 am game time just southwest of camp tranquil.

Attempted mining with 351 gathering and 338 perception and had 0% chance of mining either of the two items on the node that were at 7 and a rare at 8 position on the node.

Tried again with 387 gathering and 366 perception and had 25% chance then, I used sharp vision 3 to bump up the chance and afterward had a 3% chance of HQ and 100% chance of gathering on the number 7 item which was an Umbral rock. The rare 8th item was grade 3 shroud topsoil.
