Look for the level 20 leves at Quarry Mill (South Shroud). Can't recall the specific name, but you'll see it.

Any of the leves that require 3 items for BSM are able to be turned in three times in one leve allowance. (9 items total) They will give you different % increases based on if one, two, or all three of the items are HQ, with 200% being the max at 3 HQ items.
