Rotation wise, there's nothing strict that I do, everything I do depends on the encounter. I just make sure I have my priorities checked. How much health does the monster have? Is it low? Is it high? Is an AoE coming? How many monsters are there? Are my DoTs up ? Were they buffed? Is it worth going behind the enemy? How big is the enemy? Will an add phase start within the next 12 seconds? Where do they spawn? Are my buffs up? Is perfect balance on CD? Are any adds healers/ casters? Are my off GCD skills on CD? How are the enemies aligned if multiple? Will an invulnerable phase start?
