3 days can not pick my main character to play stuck in another world

So for the past 5 days i can not pick my main character to play. I can create another character and play it on the same server but not access my main. When you log into out FC you see my main character and it says "In another World"

I have put in support tickets and in game tickets and this still is not resolved yet. All i need is my character to be taking out of the stuck instance and ported to any town please.

***********UPDATE 6 DAYS************

Called phone support again, hour and a half wait to be told "hopefully server maintenance fixes this problem because i have no idea how to"


....
This is the worse customer support i have ever had to deal with any in game. I started out with Ultima Online, Everyquest,Everquest 2,DAOC,Warhammer,SW online, Defiance, Age of Conan,Rift,WOW etc etc etc. Never once in all my years of playing has support been this %^ity. The phone number they have is busy every time i have tried to call. Online chat is a joke, 2 hours wait time to get to 0 in line and i get the message "no one is available to chat with you' Why in Gods name did i just sit at my computer for 2 hours for this message.

On top of not being bale to log in I am also the GM of a Free Company and all my abilities as a GM are of course tied up at the moment. It sorta sucks when i log in on another toon and get tell after tell of when can we do this how can i get access to this. And all i can do is tell them sorry its out of my hands.
