If you only plan on doing SCH put all 30 points into MND since they can use Cleric Stance as a cross-skill. In case you didn't know, it swaps INT and MND at will. Putting points into INT for your ACN until L30 won't make a big difference in dmg.

It's 10,000 seals to reset attributes.

BTW, ARC = Archer and ACN = Arcanist.

Yes, it flips MND and INT and also buffs your attacks but reduces healing. But you won't be healing in this stance anyways, it's meant for soloing so you can kill stuff faster.

No, you won't be hurting yourself by going full MND. Once you get to L30, you won't be playing ACN anyways and getting to L30 is extremely easy and fast.
