Hey, everybody. Thanks for taking the time to check us out here.

First, a little background. MAKO is a relatively small group that have been active during 1.0 endgame on Durandal server. Although we are small, we had accomplished quite a lot for ourselves, despite not being a 'hardcore' linkshell. We prefer to keep our member count somewhat limited so that we don't have an overabundance of people all going for the same gear and having long waiting lists before you can get what you want. It also allows us a chance to get to know each other better, and when you play with a specific group of people long enough, you become more comfortable with their play styles. I am the FC leader, and we have a few officers, but generally we like to keep things fun and with as little stress and politics as possible. We value our member's opinions and try to work with them so that everybody is happy.

So, with that out of the way, I'd like to invite anyone who is interested to give us a try. We lost a few people to the server transfer madness [ they had RL friends returning/coming for the first time to other servers ], and some have new schedules that keep them busy during certain times. That leaves us right now at 15 members, and we aim to increase this to maybe ~30. We understand that there are a lot of new players who want to join FCs, so we don't have any strict requirements for being eligible to join. You are all welcome to apply, new players or otherwise. We are not an intimidating group, and we are willing to give anyone a shot at earning some gear and becoming a better player.

Our website is here. This site is somewhat old, from our 1.0 days, so forgive if there is a lot of old stuff lingering. But this is for the intent of anyone interested to fill out the application on that site (will update it soon). Thanks again, hope to see some new faces!
