The option to report players?

Firstly, I don't know if this is the right place to post something like this, but I guess it is a technical problem after all.

Since I started playing (server Cactuar) I've noticed the constant presence of these guys trying to sell (with real money on an external website) a "service" of leveling characters and other thinks. I've seen this on other MMORPGs and I think it's called "pishing" or something like that.

I may see draconian, but I think we need a way to report these guys, because they don't only break the immersion into the game's universe by selling (constantly, without anyone being able of stopping they yelling) a non-game-universe (illegal?) service, but they also stick around like flies trying to catch your attention by copy/pasting the same message over and over again on the general chat and even on private messages (please, look at the images).

I don't know if I'm the only one who doesn't like these kind of things, but I insist we need a report option when right-clicking over a character's name.
