Improve Hunting Log - randomize and reset it, award gil at 50

GC hunting logs reward seals so even at 50, it's worth doing them to get more seals. I still use seals for a lot of things such as exp boosters for crafting and working towards achievements.

IF SE are loath to implement gil instead of XP. maybe completing one awards x number of tomes instead? Giving another, albeit lesser, source of tomes to give peeps a break once a week from running the same dungeon.
Do like the idea of adding dungeon mobs from a range of levels to promote more traffic in all dungeons which would help newer players to progress the story.
