Account restoration

Hi Guys,

Had my legacy account hacked. I realize I should have had a token mine was broke a few weeks ago and I hadn't had the time to get the new software one set up. My bad I know no need to say that.

My question is does anyone know how long it typically takes to get a hacked account restored. This has happened on saturday, and I did my support call same day. if anyone has some info would appreciate it.

I'm in same boat as you I never called them but I put in a ticket for account rollover. I have been waiting 3 days not even a response to my ticket yet.

Ok so I am not alone. looks like they have a lot of accounts in the same boat. I have no idea how they managed to do this either. Bc I've never been to any of their sites and I came over with a good hunk of gil to dungeon to my hearts content and help my friends get started in the game and now its all gone which blows. Hopefully they will do something soon.
