Honestly they just need more quests to level with, and to boost FATE's so that mobs last longer (and maybe less mobs altogether) so that players can actually have time to get TO the fates and actually participate. I'm saving guildleve's as well for the stretch of 40-50 because I really don't care about crafting in any game, I'll have plenty of time to let them reset by the time I care to level my crafting much further than I already have.

Also, they should just make all quests reset (except for personal story & class quests of course) after like 24-48 hours.
