Help with drops & gathering places

I need help with these:
Buffalo Milk - Some page said, that amalj'aa drops this. Killed 30 amalj'aa (low and hight lvl) at Southern Thanalan, but didn't get a single drop.
Marbled Eye

I know both can be bought from vendor, but I like to personally gather my crafting materials.

As far as I know, nothing drops Buffalo Milk. It has to be bought from the vendor.

you have to craft the leather. its made with animal skin. some items cant be found but can be crafted. such as the leather. i too tho am looking where to a find Marbled eye . i know where to buy it but id rather farm it. im pretty sure you can get by in the game without having to buy anything unless you want a shortcut

Nope, nope, nope. Can't farm Buffalo Milk, Aldgoat Milk, Mineral Water or apparently Marbled Eyes. They all have to bought from the vendor. If you fish, CUL can make those fishmeal balls for bait, but most of your bait has to come from a vendor (I believe all the lures are GSM crafts, however). And you aren't getting to or from Limsa/La Noscea to the rest of the world without paying somebody 200 gil ot more unless you're homepointing (which only works one way, of course).
