Help with drops & gathering places

I need help with these:
Buffalo Milk - Some page said, that amalj'aa drops this. Killed 30 amalj'aa (low and hight lvl) at Southern Thanalan, but didn't get a single drop.

I know both can be bought from vendor, but I like to personally gather my crafting materials.

i believe some items do not drop and must be purchased or possibly earned from quests. i'm pretty sure mineral water also falls in this category. i'd love to be wrong about this though...

you have to craft the leather. its made with animal skin. some items cant be found but can be crafted. such as the leather. i too tho am looking where to a find Marbled eye . i know where to buy it but id rather farm it. im pretty sure you can get by in the game without having to buy anything unless you want a shortcut

You can't, in 1.0 you used to craft them from nq elemental ore, but now you just craft it directly into the elemental jewel.
