small 3rd PS3 crossbar/4 icons for cooldown

Right now on the PS3 if you set up a macro with several abilities that have multiple cooldowns, you can't see the cooldowns if the buttons aren't actually mapped to a crossbar location.

It would be nice to have a small crossbar or 4 small button loacation off the side somewhere we we can map buttons just to the cooldowns of macro'd abilities. It doens't have to be a functional crossbar/buttons, just there to visualize the cooldowns.
