Forced to change password

I'm not sure where to post this but, for the 4th or 5th time in the last two months (give or take a few days) when I try to log on I've been asked to change my password due to "recent suspicious behavior and/or activity" (Something like this, can't remember the exact words under the password box). I'm not sure what qualifies as suspicious behavior or activity but I just assumed this is their way of having everyone change their password every now and then to keep everyones accounts safe.

My question is basically, have any of you been asked to change your password recently, or is this just me? I can kind of see what I do can be considered suspicious. When I log on I go directly to the market ward to see what's for sale (and to see if my retainer sold anything), maybe craft a little and then travel to both Camp Blackbrus and Camp Drybone to see if I can help anyone (super secret Ninja healing) on the field.

Happens every time you log in from a different IP address without a token

I've had this happen several times even though my IP hasn't changed. I would log out from game... Log immediately back in and it would make me change password

It is a security feature to prevent your account from getting hacked... log on at a new IP you have to go through it unless you have a token. Also happens if your Internet provider changes your ip.

yo. danger system in my eyes. so SE give the securety-accountability to ur mail service. so make sure ur mail account is save.
or u are fucked (dont use the same PW like in ffxiv >_>! and change the PW frequently!)

Just get a Security token. $10 and lasts a long time.
