Yes, press the windows key and type event viewer in the search bar. double click the windows log and click application. Locate the time where this problem occurred and you should see an error,click on that and it gives you the error code and event IDEvent manager? Is this windows thing? Forgive me, I am not that computer savvy.
Also like to note, I do get lower FPS in crowds (24-34) but usually at 60 or 100+ if I turn limiter off and in less populated areas.
Like said, game runs pretty smooth except this one annoying problem that occurs now and then (and likes to repeat 5+ times until I get out of the area it starts to happen).
