Nope. In an MMO, player customization is vital. Oh, and a lot of the undyeable gear comes from dungeons and are sets with no "story" behind them.
Great. More recycled assets. >_< This is why they need to be dyeable.

I agree that everything should be convertible. But dyeing....meh.
I just turn the stuff that can't be converted into my GC cause it beats what the vendor will give me and I sure as hell am not going to destroy it for inventory space.

Mages darklight looks like some hot topic obsessed goth kid's closet, I really wish I could dye it. The rest meh I don't care. AF, AF+1, I don't think they should be dyed, but if they want to come out with a version later on, like the red and blue we see the blm quest, than they should!. Darklight is the only thing that bothers me, I don't want to look like some gothic vamper ><
Can't wait for the vanity slots. I hope I can combine bikini look with decent stat armors.
So all I will say as a BRD is I dont ever want to get my ilv90 AF chest, dont want to be running around in pink all day long.. AF ilv55 cheat was nice, but the one I need to get in time is just ugly, let me dye the stuff to be some other color, or give us a 2nd job for archer that isnt going to have to dress in pink..
