Story quest and side quest bugged

Quest Name : Speak Softly to Me
Quest type : Side Quest
Location : Coerthas Central Highlands - First Dicasterial Observatorium of Aetherial and Astrological Phenomena
Npc : Maucolyn
Detail : After take quest form Npc i go to quest area for use emotions on "snowman" but i can't "lock target on snowman"

p.s. this quest still bugged


Quest Name : In the Eyes of Gods and Men
Quest type : Main Quest
Location : Coerthas Central Highlands - Witchdrop
Npc : Hourlinets
Detail : get fight with "Alderique" when "Haurchefant of the Silver Fuller" come he not unride chocobo after fighting it don't have item on Ground and can't do anything, can't abadon quest, only wait for time up and duty fail

p.s. this quest i get bug 3 rounds and i can pass at round 4
