I only count a kill and add ranks up when kills are posted here. I do not go out looking for them. The ONLY kill I will count based on time killed and not time posted is the current last boss of a tier (in this case Twintania).

I am trying to get a world progression thread started for top guilds from every server and to get a better idea for world firsts. I figured if it is included in server progression threads it can raise awareness and provide a place for a quick link to it. Thanks
