Grand company help

I made the mistake of choosing the wrong Grand Company. After learning the only way to change was to obtain max rank in a grand company (probably the stupidest requirement ever) I just remade my character.

I completely agree worst requirement ever you should be able to leave at anytime just if you leave say before you reach the petty officer rank teir you loose all your ranks you got and in order to leave you MUST be accepted by another company. The only reason I say must is because you had to join a company to begin with.
