How can I get the character change?

I did read upon about the veteran rewards for playing the game and subscribing to it, as well as getting it through your GC by hitting the rank for it. What I wanted to know is do I prepay for it to get it through the Veteran system or what because I'm using a credit card and have been looking for answer to this question for a good while now.

If you are using any means of payment other than Square's time cards you're going to have to wait till they actually bill you before you can get the veteran rewards. This is because the system doesn't know you've paid as it's set up to only charge you when it has to. At present, noone's paid for a single day because of every lengthening of the trial time, be it from registering versions or compensation for lost time. Only those who could buy Square's time cards have been able to actually put paid time on their accounts.

You can only get it for paying for at least 30 days. Using credit card won't get you billed until your free trial is over. If you're on a NA account, you cannot use prepaid time cards to get them now, EU accounts (Probably JP too but I don't know about those) can do that.

You can't buy appearance change with GC seals.

I knew it, cause I was looking that my card wasn't charged yet. Bah I'm so impatient I knew I should have made my toon much more creative looking but I was too eager to play the game. ;'(. Thanks for the quick response though.

Is there any other way to change appearance? Even a cash shop would be nice.
