Cant Start the game?? I HAVE THE ANSWER

OK!!!
I FIXED IT now am updateing coudlent befor as i did reinstall to try and help the situation and i did a deep clean.. but both just helped my pc not the problem.


1st off if u cant get into the game check ur e-mail for a msg from SE
it is about a security breach!!!!

so any accounts that might have been affected have been locked untill u go through the process from your e-mail from SE

or u can go directly to your SE account on the website https://secure.square-enix.com/ try and log in and it will take u through it all...

This is working for me so try it!! please keep this bumbed it can help out alot of ppl!


ok so after the update was done i can play again
u do NOT need to reinstall dont waste ur time. like i did
just follow the steps above and u will be able to play sooner

I wanted to say that this is probably everyone's current problem so do what is said and you should be fine, and also I even have a physical security key and still had to go through the process

SE they did it all wrong
they needed a msg when u try and log in to prompt u and say what to do but they EXpected u to check ur e-mail if ur game dont work... odd but hey when livijg in japan

I'm still crashing after I click Play in the launcher
