Queue for Amdapor Keep not Working?

It's been happening non stop for about 2 days now. I'll use the duty finder to queue for Amdapor keep, it will say that the party is formed and it's "reserving instance" and then nothing will happen, and this continues indefinitely. Is there a reason that it's never allowing me to enter the instance?
