I submitted an email ticket the day this game was released. I purchased my game from Gamestop, and included was an 18 digit pre-order code. I went to the website to convert it to a 24 digit code (as directed by your faq page) and it gave me an RAAE code, which is for Europe, not North America.

I have waited patiently, but am out of options. I am unable to contact customer support directly due to their hours of operation which are the same as mine.

Why don't you answer your email support tickets? It's been well over the 48 hour response time promised in your automated message. What other option do I have?

Note: I submitted a second ticket last week when I heard they were deleting all old tickets. Both still say "In Progress".
