    FIXED

    Ok I fixed the issue by repairing windows but I think the issue was actually DirectX, so if anyone has this problem in the future try un-installing all DirectX then re-installing it

    amd need anti aliasing to be set to by program defaults

    the amd catalyst system needs to be changed to anti-aliasing by program
