    Missing skill visuals?!?!

    Anyone know why I'm missing skill visual effects?
    I mean I use the skill the animation comes out but no visual effects take place and I can't see elemental enemies either. This is a really big problem as i'm building a tank and if i can't see visual effects then I can't see enemies special skills i'm good as useless.

    Everything is up to date I even rolled back drivers and that didn't work, I re-installed the game several times even on an separate hard drives and I've tried high and low graphic settings and that didn't work.

    I'm currently running :
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64x
    Asus HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 pci-e
    AMD A-series A8 5600k
    2x 4GB 1600 Mhz ram

    FIXED

    Ok I fixed the issue by repairing windows but I think the issue was actually DirectX, so if anyone has this problem in the future try un-installing all DirectX then re-installing it

    amd need anti aliasing to be set to by program defaults

    the amd catalyst system needs to be changed to anti-aliasing by program
