    Can I Hard Drive rip from PC to PC?

    The Launcher hates my friend, so were considering copying my Hard Drive install from my PC to his.

    Will this work?


    (The Launcher will not continue updating on my friends computer, it will download anything from 1GB to 3GB then stop downloading and then give a connection issue, since the stupid launcher does not support the most basic feature of "Resume" we have to keep trying from scratch and its not working...)
