Did Not Receive Acheivement Item for "I Got This!"

So A few days ago I earned the "I Got This!" achievement. I have yet to receive the Item award from it.

I figured maybe it was like the collectors editions items with the whole log out and back in and you would get it via mogg mail. Need to log out and back in to receive it. So i did, but there was no mail waiting for me. So i went tot he inn to see if it got deposited into the Armoire. It wasn't in there. I checked my Inventory my Armory Chest. It was no where.

So I figured I would give it a day or so thinking maybe it was a delayed delivery. So as it's been a few days now. I'm reporting this bug.

Also the in game GM's seem worthless. As I reported the problem in game and they sent me here. SE why do you have them, if all they do is send you to the forums, forums which from what i can see by the dev tracker you never read?

This isn't a bug so much as lack of info on how to get it. You have to go to Old Gridania, Apkallu Falls, and talk to Jonathas <Master of the Rolls>.
