Gold Spammers Diabolos Server

Here is some of the gold spammers that are destroying the chat box on our server. Ban them please so people just joining wont have to see the spamming.

On Diabolos server
You missed about half them....I'm over 50 names already. You'll find a group sitting in The Quicksand at Ul'dah. Some of them been there 2 full days spamming.
It's so bad there that during the non-cutscene parts of airship flight you get a rolling screen of spam
At Limsa Lominsa when I logged in it was that long and constant it took me almost 4 minutes to be even able to catch the name to blacklist. And that was only because I left town in the end

SE needs to put a character limit per "post" for their chat system (or reduce the current limit). This will prevent them from cramming their message end-to-end to scroll their names really high up to make it a hassle for players to not only blacklist them, but to report them. There should also be filters in place to all but weed out their messages (and with the "Report Player Harassment" feature for in-game support, I've sent off at least a dozen such examples for their filters) May also want to do IP blocking for the areas prone to such activities (Ukraine, Romania and China, to name a few) Sucks to be living there, but unless the citizens of those countries take an active role in "turning" over their fellows to authorities or to help pass laws banning such activities, it will continue unabated.

just make a separate channel for characters over level 15 or something.
pretty sure they wont roll new characters after getting banned and leveling them to 15+ to spam gil

They won't have to level up. A lot of these are hacked accounts.

Only that many? That's cute. I have over 41 blacklisted and tempted to post online soon.
