Hi, I have gone up a summoner and I'm doing the quest for the relic weapon recently begun to climb a monk with the same race and I can not create a new character on the server, my question is: when you get to 50 with the monk I will open the mission of the relic weapon? or to have it with me summoner not open?

You can only be on one relic weapon quest at a time. You either have to complete it as Summoner or abandon the Summoner quest before you can pick up the Monk version.
