    Is this Battle Regimen working?

Maintains the effectiveness of class abilities when used by different classes
    Magic spell⇒Magic spell
    (both from same class)
    Weaponskill⇒Weaponskill
    (both from same class)

I've tried this with 2 different conjurer spells and with 2 of the same conjurer spells but the log doesn't give any indication that the intended effect is applied. It doesn't give the regimen a name. Anyone know if it's broken or if there's something I'm missing?

It seems to work from time to time. The problem is that there aren't enough effective cues about the Battle Regimen, and that it is not very streamlined.

However, I feel the Battle Regimen system should remain in place to an extent - just improve the stacking and execution system.

Check if the regimen shows up as a buff on the character rather than a debuff on the monster. Some regimens work that way and it's not indicated in the chat log.

You guys are killin' me. If I hadn't thoroughly tested this regimen I wouldn't have wasted anyone's time asking about it. There is no debuff or buff, or actually, no graphical indication of any kind.

Even if there were no graphical effects, I once did 1,690 points of damage on Kokoroon Quickfingers in a battle regimen.

    Sorry for trying to help.

Btw, the buff lasts for about a quarter of a second so maybe you just didnt see it.

I forgive you. Are you saying there's a buff for this regimen? Because I didn't see it even for a quarter of a second.

Also I think most of you didn't read closely enough. I'm not talking about the Battle Regimen system, I'm talking about 1 particular battle regimen.

And as for the last few posts.. if what you're saying is right then it's completely counter to what I thought.

Ashgarth and I were thinking that you do this battle regimen, you gain a buff that lets you use your abilities OUTSIDE of battle regimen to their full potential. That is what I think one would gather from the descriptive text copied above. So if it's a chain, I think you're wrong about that. Wouldn't it mention that on the Battle Regimen page of the lodestone in the part about weaponskill chains?

Just like one says "Increase Player Damage"
and doesn't go into detail and say that the extra damage procs for each subsequent WS in the BR chain....
So just reading it, you'd assume it increased player damage overall... which it most certainly does not

Only the debuff regimens give an indication that they worked in the log, and by showing the debuff icon on the mob.

The damage boost regimens just boost your damage. The larger your stack of skills, the greater the dmg boost to each successive skill. All you have to go by is the raw numbers. There is no notification like. "20% dmg boost!" or something like that in the chat log.

If you see your skill is doing more damage than it normally does, then it's working.
