Just curious if I should even bother queing for HM Titan through the duty finder, is there any hope?

Not bloody likely.
given the number of attempts, i'd say a couple bloody miracles have happened. But most likely, any party that won in the DF had a partially pre-made party.
So how it suppose to work with 2 tanks on titan?

I'd say Nope! Every time there's at least 2 with AF gear -.-
The best I did with DF was 40%. Most of the time you won't kill the heart with DF. People will frequently die early on.
You can't even get to the heart in DF. As soon as the bombs drop, it's a wipe. o.o
best way to learn your personal role in the fight.
that way you aren't wasting your friend's/ls'/fc's time when you go to do it
but expecting a success? I'm pretty sure a ton of DF ifrits don't make it - most leave when they see no mage anyways, and far fewer DF garudas.. and titan? while possible, i'd assume that the ones that have succeeded via DF were partially premade (why it gives you two tanks for this fight i will never understand, honestly two tanks for ifrit is a little silly too)
when you have two tanks for ifrit you can have the pld (hoping you get at leas one) just on stun duty and the other tank be the main tank actually holding the hate.
yeah, that's how the pugs do it... just a lot of lost dps, when you could have your dragoons monks and bards worry about interrupts (although that requires a little communication and setting up some sort of interrupt order)
i'd rather bring another dd than have a pld sit there on interrupt duty
then again, i see people doing the same thing for titan as they did for version 1 ifrit in the early days - bring 3 healers and just brute force the fight instead of avoiding attacks properly
except in titan's case i'd think it'd make breaing the heart a little more difficult, unless you're just relying on that LB to finish it off?
shrug, things i don't understand :s
