    It's a S-E instance server issue, the last Titan HM fight I did around the time of your first post was also having horrible lag spikes every minute or so. First time ever I've seen that happen, and re-logging didn't fix it (the previous Titan HM instance I did a couple hours earlier was perfect). Hopefully the upcoming maint finally resolves these intermittent lag issues randomly affecting people.
