Best grand company for healer?

I'm on the quest to pick a grand company. I'm worried about gimping myself. Any help?

The stats will vary by level so there's no real benefits to picking a specific GC for specific jobs. Besides, you'll level multiple classes anyway so go with the one you can identify with or like the color.

There is no best Grand Company for anything, pick the one you like most. The only differences lie in the stat spread of the Officer gear, which simply has different pieces of the set good for different roles (ie: Head for DPS, body for Healers, Hands for Casters, etc). There are many (and much better) alternatives in crafted or dungeon-dropped gear, so it should have no bearing on your choice, and all the Companies offer some very good endgame entry-level weapons.

Between them all Immortal Flames had slightly more things for a CNJ so I took them

In one of the live letters they said they would be adding more gear to each Grand Companies in the future so please choose the one you like/identify with the most, FYI.

As people have said there currently isn't a difference in character progression-wise just gear-wise for the timing being when it comes to choosing a Grand Company. This will change in the future for PvP though I believe. From a live letter they discussed how there will be unique PvP skills tied to Grand Companies. They did add though that they will provide a way to switch Grand Companies because of this. This information is from a while ago so their plans might have changed but I thought I'd share.
