I'm trying to register a security token (via the android app) to my account. When I go to get the registration code from my account info online, it tells me that my security question is wrong. When I try to reset it, it tells me the answer doesn't match the question (which obviously can't happen if you're resetting it/making a new one). How can I fix this if it won't reset? Is there something else I can do?

I requested live chat help and was put in the "queue" for 2 hours, only to be told no one was available and to try again later.
