Let me start out by saying we need you!

We are recruiting all active players.

Our main focus is to progress forward through content and to make your experience in game enjoyable.

What we can offer to you in our Company

- Getting started with general play and assist you with whatever knowledge we can offer you, to push you forward as quickly as possible.

- A friendly environment. We want to keep it as adult and enjoyable as possible, but we will not tolerate belligerence. So represent and help out your fellow players in the Company.

Company Actions
We will schedule our company actions based on your needs and percentages.

For example: If you need to level your gathering skills we will enable "Earth and Water" or if we notice there are a lot of low level players online we will enable "The Heat of Battle" etc.

The bottom line is we are here for you. We will help in anyway possible within reason.

What we are looking for

Officers

We are recruiting officers of every class type.

What this entails

We are looking for a few dedicated players to lead end game content.

Our goal is to have an expert for every class type to assist other players in understanding their class and new rotations to enhance their capabilities.

Also as we all know while the game progresses and new content is released the game play will also change and new styles of game play will be needed to push forward so we will need you to be able to adapt and overcome these obstacles and continue being the experts you are.

Your application will be a formal linkshell conversation with the Company Master, the other officers and myself. The outcome of which will be decided by us based on your ability to convince the members that you have what it takes to hold the title.

What we expect as an officer

That you can be professional, Can keep your cool in stressful situations, Keep your personal issues at a level that doesn't filter into the game.

This is what we would like as a minimum. You are representing us, so we will expect more from you than the other players.

What we try to avoid

- Drama, If you want to cause it you may leave or take it to personal chat. Our new recruits do not want to see you arguing nor do we.
