seems to be just slightly inferior or on par to Serpent Lieutenant's bow IF YOU HAVE a 4 set like me from jewelries and bracer

Yes I know some of those pieces are quite low lvl but the set bonus they give is pretty good. Maybe this isn't the case when you find way better Jewelries. I, for one, am not having an easy time replacing those pieces. This also brings the Officer's armour set to my attention which again seems like it has more stats when brought in as a set(some are sanction) compared to the starting AF gear which you get from a lvl 45 quest and the final piece at lvl 50.
