Achievement Questions

So I noticed that you get rewarded for certain achievements, but some seem impossible. what i am referring to is, Gathering ones. I fished from lv 1 to lv 26 in La Noscea, in an attempt to obtain "A fishers life for me" but before i could catch the required amount of fish, I had moved out of the achievement range. I seem to have managed to level from 11-20 before catching 300 fish. In-fact, according to my achievement log it took 108 fish. Now i know that, that is not possible, there is just no way. Is this a bug? or is there a way to reset it? I know it too more than 108 fish, because I sold around 11 stacks of 99, of the fish I caught.

I'm not sure why you would think the achievement is impossible.. you can still fish in those areas even if you are level 50.

its not giveing me credit for the achievement. The counter is not going up at all, for the 11-20 bracket.
