Dragoon Combo Not Activating

This bug relates to the combo that includes the abilities: Impulse Drive, Disembowel, & Chaos Thrust.

When using other combos such as: True Thrust > Vorpal Thrust > Full Thrust, we are presented with a special effect over the ability guiding us to which ability to use in order to complete the combo, effectively granting the affects stated in the ability the description.

However with: Impulse Drive > Disembowel > Chaos Thrust, the combo effects state in the ability description rarely, if not me never, occur such as disembowels piercing debuff or chaos thrust's damage-over-time debuff. Also there are no guiding graphics as describe earlier. Is this because the combo effects are CHANCE, and if so why is that not described adequately in the ability description, or is this combo mechanic completely broken? This is sorely effecting my damage output, please tell me what is wrong here. Thanks

Impulse Drive's combo trigger requires you to use it behind the target, not a bug, just not clarified in the description.

If you could please provide the following information, we will make sure that your report is looked into so we can try to resolve it.
It would be incredibly helpful if you could include some screenshots of the issue occurring while your "Battle" chat log is open, so that we can more easily see that the ability is being used and the combo is not appearing. Thank you!

Update: I can verify that the ability combo does successfully activate however it only does this from behind the target. The ability or combo description is missing this fundamental explanation. It Should be stated similar to Heavy Thrust's explanation (eg: Heavy Thrust - Combo: additional 10% attack power for 20 seconds when using ability towards the target's flank").
