Cannot post in any section except Tech Support

Whenever I try to post in any other area of the forums except this one I get this message "New forum post cannot be made due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough."
This is regardless of whether I have made any post at all that day in the Tech Support forum.
Cannot even submit it as a bug as it won't let me post there.
Judging from this http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-%28Aug.-22%29 it is indeed a bug with the website.

Is there any way to fix this?

im getting the same message. I tried to make a post in the general area and saw that as well.

I had this issue come up earlier. I selected a different character, then reselected this one and I was fine.
