Seriously give the game time?

My best advice to give SE at this point of time would be to completely scratch the game though and have yoshi go play rift hit cap try endgame and do the same with aion and wow. Afterwards take the things from there and notice how 99% of gamers could give a damn about graphics. Make a game that looks like aion, but has a nice fluid combat system.

While the post is a bit over-the-top, I do think that SE needs to wake up and stop listening to the people that are saying that everything's fine and the game just needs a few tweaks.

I quoted the above text because honestly, SE needs to incorporate things from other games that worked, especially FFXI. I understand that they're trying to do this with certain aspects of the game, but I think that things from RIFT, WoW, etc. could make this game great. Take for example, public quests in RIFT. How awesome would it be to show up for a Behest, and an option pops up asking if you'd like to "Join Behest Group" instead of clicking the NPC and manually forming a party. Little things like this could be done for all kinds of things in the game, but it seems like SE doesn't look at other games out there and come up with cool ideas, they ask us for the cool ideas.

The word End Game is abused. It was never even used in XI until after the Xbox360 came out.

We used to call content that needed level 60+ "High Level Content" and there was tons of it you just had to know where to look and not be a whiney baby who only ever leveled up and never did missions, gods, hnms, hlnms. etc.

This is definitely not true. Personally I was in an "End Game" linkshell in XI long before the XBox release and there were several "End Game" shells on Gilgamesh before Xbox Release.

While I agree with somewhat of what people say, there are a lot of fundamentals which should have been done now.

But this is Square Enix, They are notoriously slow at everything they do.
