    SERVICE ACCOUNT MISTAKE HELP!!!!

    first off im not sure if im in the right thread so if im not please someone point me in the right direction. its my first time actually using forums of any kind but im sick of support ticket after support ticket after support ticket.

    i was apart of the beta for this game since July and i even pre-ordered and bought the collector's edition of this game and thanks to the PS3's menu interface screwing up i accidentally created a new service account for my collector's edition instead of combining it with my early access service account info and so now i have two characters under my name that i have no access to and have been sending in countless support tickets to have my two service accounts combined so that i can use my early access characters and my pre order bonuses. when i check my service accounts it says my early access one is INACTIVE and i have no idea if its because i didn't pick up my collector's edition til that following Sunday after release and the Early Access ended on Thursday or what the case is. but i would REALLY!! like to play the game i blew $80 on with the character's i put effort into making and have access to the pre order bonuses that im entitled to.

    So if anyone knows of any way i can fix this issue on my own without Square Enix's help (or lack thereof) i'd really appreciate it.

    Don't submit multiple tickets. They can move your stuff over but it's going to take time for them to get back to you.

    i've already tried that several times now. and no one has gotten back to me. all i keep getting is emails asking me to fill out the service account form. which ive done about 5 times now in the last 2 weeks.

    welp if you filled out the forms and done all they told you 2 then apart from getting em on the phone not alot you can do

    that's is actually my next step cause this is wasting my free month. and honestly i think i should be refunded the days I've missed due to their lack of Customer Service Response

    I have been on hold for over 2 hours. They close in 42 minutes so you probably will not get through tonight. The number I used 310-846-0400.

    I am also number 6 in the live chat queue but it goes down 1 every 20 minutes... ugh.

    so i just got an email from Square Enix thanking me for contacting them and that it seems my issue has been resolved. so i just replied back sending them EVERY screenshot i took of every ticket number i received from them
