Well it's short and it's simple.

Real life comes first, game life comes second. The core of the guild is all semi-casual players, with full-time jobs, wives, children, etc. Most of us have previous raiding experience, myself included.

What we're looking for:
- Like-minded people, experienced or not, who are and will continue to be motivated to clear content.
- Having a mic to participate in voice chat is helpful, however not required.
- Mature mindset during encounters.
- People willing to help out other players, even if it does not directly benefit themselves.

What we're not looking for:
- Elitism
- Immaturity (not age, attitude)
- That's pretty much it.

The Company is relatively new, and we do not have a lodestone link yet. I will post one when it gets updated.
