    Miner 21 - 27 Mainhands

    Where are they?

    I've searched all over thanalaan and south shroud for a vendor, but they all jump from level 19 straight to 29.

    I've seen 2 inbetweens on Market Board, but I'm not paying the ridiculious price of 5k or more for them.

    Any help would be appreciated.
