    FPS problem - Hardware's fault?

    Hey guys,

Important: I am a PC-Hardware-Noob, so maybe you can help me. I run the following System:

    Intel i5-2400 @3,1 Ghz
    Radeon HD 7750
    4GB Ram

When running the benchmark I get High Results on 1080p on MAX on Very High on "High". When playing the game I never run contantly on 60FPS. Neither on High, nor on lower Settings.
I've played with the Settings but nothing seems to really smooth out my framerate. Could this be a result of the big amount of players running around? Or do I need to buff up my specs?

    Regards from Germany

Monitor your CPU while running in cities and compare with outside. CPU has to work hard when there's alot going on.

MMO's in general are CPU intensive. You have a mid range cpu with a mid range GPU so your bottleneck could be with both. If you lower your graphic settings and do not see a jump in FPS then most likely the bottleneck is with your CPU or if you do see a big jump in FPS than GPU would be where the bottleneck is. I run everything on MAX myself (60fps capped) with a nvidia 6870 GPU which isn't near a top of the line card but i do have an I7 4770k CPU 3.5 oc'd to 4.2.

Use Process Explorer and see which resources are being used.

Ctrl+I or View > System Information...
You can also add columns that will report resources usage by process.
