I hope the transfer are indeed part of the patch. The way it was worded seemed non-committal on the transfers, and did not specify all servers. I guess we will know soon.

I hope they do implement one time free transfers. I played a lvl 13 on a EU server and a 14 on a NA server because I couldn't join my friends. Luckily for me I finally got into the server with all of my friends and started over and am very happy about it. I totally understand how it feels to be playing on a server with no friends.
