Vote kick!

SE, not having a vote kick is becoming rather old and tedious at end game. Players come together to complete dungeons in a timely manner: for fun or because of the grind. But having individuals stick around who want nothing to do with the party’s wants or desires is causing issues for the individuals with like minds, and ultimately forcing the majority to conform to one person’s entitlement or selfishness.

Not having a vote kick also hinders groups from dismissing disruptive players or removing malicious individuals—and once again forces the bystander to pay the price in time: from leaving and being locked out, or waiting on the bad apple to finally give up and remove himself.

I don’t understand how this became an over sight for the Duty Finder, but a vote kick needs to come as soon as possible.

I watch cutscenes i dont want to be kicked. But i do i agree with adding a way to vote players

Vote kick IS NOT needed in this game. In Wow, it created a lot of issues where elitist and utter douches just kicked folks randomly even if they were doing nothing wrong and were playing well. It lead to guilds or friends booting the one random who waited 30 minutes for a queue to pop. If you want to speed things up, or have a more enjoyable experience in the DF, queue with FC members or friends. If you have no friends or are not in a FC, join an FC and get some friends, otherwise you just need to deal with it and have patience, or leave the group yourself. Vote kick presents more cons than pros imo.

No, we want to kick the tank that do nothing in the dungeon because he absolutely wants to speedrun (without saying it before he started by the way, as if it was the only choice) when the 3 others don't and he doesn't want to be the first to leave to avoid the 15mn penalty.

And since I'm sure I'll have to justify myself, among the 3 (group of friends without a tank) that did not want to speedrun, 2 were new to the dungeon. And it wasn't an AK run, it was WP.

I couldn't disagree more. Currently, the number of jerks doing whatever they want in dungeons because nobody can do anything against them is disheartening. Something must be done to add the possibility for groups to regulate or to get rid of toxi behaviours.

To be honest i sit on the fence about this issue.

I did have a few terrible runs where rude and mean people acted like jerks, went afk every few minutes or decided tactics are for n00bs and refused to do anything but cause wipes, blame everyone else and get upset upon being told the truth.

But on the other hand, i also had many players claim they wanted to kick someone simply because they made ONE mistake, because they wanted to watch the cutscenes or simply because they refused to skip mobs as they were not comfortable with it.

lol, OP wants to kick cutscene viewers. No. No vote kick until they hide who is viewing cutscenes or make them unskippable in game. I can see there are other reasons to kick someone thats being an asshat ... but those like OP, who obviously just want to shit on those who view the cutscenes (they have every right to do so) shouldnt get the opportunity.

I honestly think there should not be a vote kick, very very few join an "in progress" dungeon.

If the horrors of duty finder are the trouble then form own group and dont use it.

For those that need duty finder we gotta take what we are given, sometimes its excellent, sometimes not. Kick is too easily abused in every single mmo its in.
