    Access the game on a new computer.

    I just bought a new computer and would like to play my game on it instead of my old laptop. When I run the update/launcher it asks for my registration code. When I enter my code it says it is already in use. How can I play my game on my new computer?

    When the launcher opens open the fist time after the terms you should select that you have existing account and then login.

    Scratch that. I can't get past that screen on my laptop now either. I now have no access to the game.

    Here are the current steps that I have been taking to try to load FFXIV ARR on my new computer:

    1. I launch ffxivboot.exe
    2. Click next on the screen that tells me I need to set up a square enix account and enter my registration code.
    3. Click I currently have a squareenix account
    4. Enter my square enix ID and Password
    5. The next screen asks for my registration code. When I use it I am told that the code has already been registered.

    I can still log in on my laptop, but I can't get it to work on my new PC. What am I missing?

    Okay, I did some more digging and I think I found out the problem. I was using an early access code that I guess stopped working. To fix the problem i went to www.findmyorder.com and entered my digital order information from my confirmation email. The website then game me the 20 digit code that is linked to my digital order. The updater is currently downloading the game, so I think it worked.
