    Registered game before the 9th Septemeber but free 7 Days not applied

    I purchased my copy during the epic log in failures and registered my copy on the SE web as instructed before the 9th September to receive the 7 days extra free that we were all promised. but this does not seem to have been applied to my account. Please Explain
