If full DPS groups can't be assed to invite a healer then I can't be assed raising them. If you want to stack BLM then fine by me but don't expect the WHM that didn't get invited because it would be inefficient to bother to help you.

In Ragnarok server for Odin yesterday. Half the users had the red circle / connection problem icon for about half the battle.
I can't blame a WHM if they were one of those poor individuals.
given that you can only see a few people at a time in a crowded area, how can you expect the white mages to res the DPS they may not even know is there (add to that people popping in an out of visibility)
cant agree more , gotta love that even your PARTY HEALERS dont raise ppl after fates....come on toss a swiftcast rez and mount up.....I think this is not only FATE's issue but general gaming attitude issue. Normally whenever I'm on whm/acn on FATE I feel like I'm the only stupid that stays to raise everyone at the end when everyone else just buggers off to the next FATE. But then when I need a raise, I have to homepoint. Same happens when I'm travelling around and I see someone dying close to me. I have no problem at all going off my choco and toss a raise. I don't think it's even because it's my duty as job, cause I change to a job that can raise if I'm on botanist or so. I't more like lending a hand when needed if you can. I know how it can piss off when you die on your leve and loose the allowance cause you have to homepoint.
Also on instances like class quests, if I see someone dead, I raise, period. But then if I pop out dead, even if I ask for it, there's like 6 people standing there and moving, and no one raises me, so I have to homepoint again.
So yeah, it's the general attitude of not giving a f*** and minding their own business, ironic in an online game if you ask me.
Personally I always been raising and seen people raising after almost every NM FATE... And this thread alone shows that you're not the only ones doing that...
So maybe it was just bad luck...

Healing done should be counted in a FATE just like DPS.
Probably anyone on the Mob's aggro table above a certain threshold should be counted.
I do the same thing, though it can be just as annoying that you are midcast for raise and they Homepoint anyways. It should be obvious Im trying to raise you, I jumped off my Choco directly next to you and started casting. Most healy spells have a distinct difference from damage ones, visual wise. It sort of makes me not want to bother at times.I think this is not only FATE's issue but general gaming attitude issue. if a white mage was attacking they cant revive they we need to leave the area first to revive them how about them people just res with that cool ok button and come back :P
Not sure if it has been said but points are based on enmity. If you heal 400 people that have next to no mob hate (taking damage from AOE's and barely hitting the mob) you are not going to get much. Cure 1-2 people that have good mob hate and you will rake in 'credit' for the fight.
I set up a macro that targets the person the mob is beating on and heal them and get decent stuffs at the end of the FATE.
Raises don't mean a damned thing for the same reason. The person is dead. They have zero mob hate.

Even in a party I've found that Holy/Aero II spam reliably gives more XP than healing. I do lock target to Gorgimera/Behemoth whatever and filter to friends and tab through to see if anyone needs a raise though, mainly because it's nice when random players say "thank you" XD
