To be honest i sit on the fence about this issue.

I did have a few terrible runs where rude and mean people acted like jerks, went afk every few minutes or decided tactics are for n00bs and refused to do anything but cause wipes, blame everyone else and get upset upon being told the truth.

But on the other hand, i also had many players claim they wanted to kick someone simply because they made ONE mistake, because they wanted to watch the cutscenes or simply because they refused to skip mobs as they were not comfortable with it.

This guy gets it. It's really a double-edged sword, and no matter what you do you'll have people abusing the current system. No kicks allowed? You'll get AFKers and lone wolves that feel the need to go off and do their own thing. Add the ability to kick? You'll get leaders that want things done THEIR way and ONLY their way. It's a touchy subject.
